The ADeKo general committee summoned a steering committee to work out the details of the articles of association under the guidance of the Prof. Dr. Yu-Cheol Shin, law expert on 17th June, 2007. The draft was presented to the foundation committee on 19th Oktober, 2007 and at the foundation conference on 23rd May, 2008 the articles of association were approved by the annual member meeting.
